Job Type – Full Time (Work from Office)

Salary – ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives

Role Description: We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Growth Manager to drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong networking mindset, and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Responsibilities: ● Basic proficiency in AI tools, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI-enabled productivity tools.

● Strong follow-up skills with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to tasks and responsibilities.

● Identify and develop recent business opportunities and potential clients.

● Generate leads through networking, references, online channels, and market research.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

● Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to develop suitable proposals.

● Follow up with leads, proposals, and prospective clients to drive conversions.





● Conduct client meetings and present company offerings professionally.

● Develop and maintain a strong qualified network.

● Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients and business prospects.

● Track leads, enquiries, meetings, proposals, and conversions.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

● Identify new markets, potential clients, and growth opportunities.

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

● Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking opportunities.

● Coordinate with management and internal teams for smooth client onboarding and relationship management.

● Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular updates to management.

Skills Required

● Graduate in any relevant discipline. ● 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a related field preferred.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel locally or for client meetings when required.
