Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner / Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute various types of events, including corporate functions, product launches, exhibitions, weddings, and social gatherings. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute all aspects of events from concept to completion. Meet with clients to understand event goals, budgets, and requirements. Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and budgets.

Select and coordinate with vendors (caterers, decorators, AV, venue, etc.). Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown. Ensure all permits, licenses, and insurance requirements are met. Manage event staff, volunteers, and on-site teams.

Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues in real-time. Handle client communication, approvals, and feedback throughout the process. Evaluate event success through client feedback and post-event reporting.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management,



Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management. Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office, event planning software, or project management tools.
