We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Graphic Designer who can transform event briefs and concepts into impactful visual designs. The ideal candidate should have experience creating event, exhibition, branding and promotional creatives for physical and digital environments.

The candidate will work closely with the creative, event, marketing and production teams to develop designs that align with client requirements and event concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Create creative designs for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, activations and brand experiences.

Develop event branding materials such as backdrops, standees, banners, stage graphics, signage and booth graphics.

Design creatives for invitations, event promotions, social media and digital campaigns.





Convert creative concepts and event briefs into visually appealing designs.

Prepare artwork and layouts for large-format printing and production.

Develop mood boards, visual references and creative presentations for event concepts.

Adapt designs according to different event spaces, dimensions and formats.

Coordinate with creative, production and event execution teams.

Make design modifications based on client feedback.

Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality across all event branding materials.

Handle multiple projects and meet tight event-related deadlines.
