AdametNext is looking for an enthusiastic and execution-focused Event Management Intern to support the planning and delivery of SAMANVAY 2027.

nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people together, coordinating multiple activities, working with different stakeholders, and managing the many moving parts involved in delivering a successful event.

nThe intern will work closely with the AdametNext team and gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end planning and execution of a large community event.

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of SAMANVAY 2027
n
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, speakers, participants, and other stakeholders
n
- Assist with venue planning, logistics, registrations, invitations, and attendee coordination
n
- Track event timelines, action items, deliverables, and follow-ups
n
- Support vendor identification, communication, quotations, and coordination
n
- Assist with event branding, collateral, merchandise, signage, and other requirements
n
- Coordinate event-day activities including registrations, stage requirements, guest management, and logistics
n
- Support communication and promotional activities related to the event
n
- Maintain trackers, checklists, budgets, and event documentation
n
- Troubleshoot operational requirements and support smooth on-ground execution
n
- Assist with post-event feedback,



documentation, and closure activities
n

Who We Are Looking Forn

- Prior experience in organizing or supporting events, conferences, college festivals, corporate events, or live event execution
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
n
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
n
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
n
- Degree, diploma, or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline would be an added advantage
n
