We are looking for an Event Logistics Intern to join our experiential marketing team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, organised, proactive, and interested in the world of events and brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and production teams.

Support logistics related to guest movement, transportation, inventory, and event materials.

Assist the team during event setups, rehearsals, and live events.

Maintain checklists, timelines, and event-related documentation.

Handle multiple tasks and ensure smooth execution under tight timelines.

Who We’re Looking For:

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Robust attention to detail and a hands-on approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.

Willingness to travel and work on weekends/event days when required.

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in events, hospitality, or marketing are welcome.
