We are looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Lead with strong expertise in managing large-scale EUC environments, customer engagement, incident management, and team leadership.

Mandatory Skills

- 8-12 years of experience in the End User Computing (EUC) domain.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Office 365 (O365), and Endpoint Management solutions.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in ITIL processes and service management.
- Proven experience in handling Major Incident Management (MIM) and critical service restoration activities.
- Experience managing and leading teams of 50+ associates.
- Strong customer management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in creating EUC solutions, proposals, and transformation strategies for customers.
- Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar automation tools.
- Solid knowledge of endpoint administration,



software deployment, patch management, and device lifecycle management.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Knowledge of Application Packaging and OS Imaging.
- Experience with automation and self-service initiatives in EUC environments.
- Exposure to service delivery governance and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end EUC operations and service delivery.
- Drive major incident resolution and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
- Manage customer relationships and act as the primary escalation point.
- Lead large support teams and ensure operational excellence.
- Design and propose innovative EUC solutions and service improvements.
- Implement automation using PowerShell, Python, and other scripting tools.
- Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and service quality standards.
