Responsibilities

- Analyze source and target systems to define migration scope, strategy, and timelines.

- Design and implement ETL Extract, Transform, Load processes for structured and unstructured data.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to validate requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Perform data cleansing, normalization, and validation to maintain accuracy and consistency.

- Conduct test migrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

- Document migration processes, mappings, and validation reports for audit and knowledge transfer.

- Provide post migration support, including monitoring, issue resolution, and user assistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of databases SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL,



etc. and data modeling.

- Hands-on experience with ETL tools Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar.

- Proficiency in scripting languages Python, Shell, PowerShell for automation.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP and their migration tools.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Prior experience in large-scale data migration projects is highly desirable.
