Hiring: Escrow Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an Escrow Operations Executive to manage day-to-day escrow and transaction operations, coordinate with internal teams, handle banking activities, maintain transaction records, and ensure timely execution of operational requests.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and manage the working and operations of Escrow Accounts.
- Prepare and maintain transaction synopsis and monitor key events and activities for each transaction.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Accounts, and other cross-functional teams for transaction execution and compliance.
- Perform ERP data entry, including document uploads, payment schedules, payment confirmations, and transaction-related entries.
- Handle and coordinate bank fund transfers as per approved instructions.
- Manage invoice clearance and POA-related activities.
- Maintain and coordinate custody records and document lists across Stock Holding, office, and other locations.
- Process custody letters and maintain relevant documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of operational and transaction-related records.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational data.




- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
- Maintain the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for customer requests and issues.
- Perform other operational responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills
- Basic to good understanding of Escrow Accounts and Banking Operations.
- Solid MIS and Data Processing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet defined TAT.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with backgrounds in Finance, Banking, Commerce, or Operations will be preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in Escrow Operations, Banking Operations, NBFC, Financial Services, Trustee Operations, or similar operational roles.
- Candidates with experience in fund transfers, transaction processing, MIS, custody/document management, or banking operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
