Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Escalation Voice Process role based in Bengaluru, with a salary up to 28,000 INR per month, depending on experience and performance. The role involves handling customer calls related to escalated issues, understanding concerns, and providing clear, timely resolutions while maintaining a professional tone. The candidate will document case details accurately, follow established escalation workflows, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring open escalations, updating customers on progress, and identifying recurring problems to suggest process improvements. The role also requires adherence to quality guidelines, meeting productivity targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Escalations Management and escalation handling skills,



with the ability to manage complex customer cases calmly and efficiently.
- Customer Support experience, including handling voice-based queries and providing clear, empathetic assistance.
- Analytical skills to understand root causes, interpret information, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including fluent spoken English and clear, professional telephone etiquette.
- Prior experience in a voice process or contact center environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and be flexible with shifts as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools for logging and tracking customer interactions.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th) or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant certifications in customer service are an advantage.
