Position: ERPNext Project Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, testers, and client stakeholders.

- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.

- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.

- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project status updates.

- Ensure ERPNext implementations meet business requirements and quality standards.

- Manage UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably ERP implementations.

- Robust hands-on knowledge of ERPNext / Frappe Framework.

- Experience managing end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects.

- Good understanding of ERP modules and business processes.

- Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery management.

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
