The Opportunity

Kaygen is looking for an experienced ERP Practice Lead to build and scale its ERP consulting and solutions capability.

This is a practice-building role, combining ERP expertise, solution consulting, presales, client engagement and commercial ownership. The leader will help Kaygen move beyond individual ERP staffing opportunities toward a stronger solutions proposition covering advisory, transformation, implementation support, specialist talent and ongoing services.

The right candidate will bring deep expertise in at least one major ERP ecosystem, broad enterprise-transformation exposure and the entrepreneurial ability to create a credible, scalable and revenue-generating practice.

What You Will Own

- Define the ERP practice strategy, value proposition,



service portfolio and go-to-market approach aligned with Kaygen's growth priorities.
- Lead ERP discovery and solution conversations with enterprise clients, translating business challenges into credible transformation, implementation and support opportunities.
- Bring deep expertise in at least one major ERP ecosystem while helping shape broader solutions across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Lead solution design, presales, proposals, estimates, delivery models and statements of work for strategic ERP opportunities.
- Build an ERP business pipeline through new client conversations, existing-account mining, partnerships and collaboration with Kaygen's sales leadership.
- Develop reusable practice assets including methodologies, solution frameworks, capability presentations, case studies, estimation models and delivery templates.
- Build a strong ecosystem of functional, technical, integration, data, testing, program-management and change-management talent required for client engagements.
- Provide senior governance and solution oversight for strategic ERP engagements, particularly during discovery, transition and critical delivery milestones.
- Develop strategic relationships with ERP product ecosystems, consulting partners,



implementation specialists and independent experts where they expand Kaygen's capability.
- Own practice-level indicators including pipeline, conversion, revenue, gross margin, capability readiness and client outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

- Approximately 12-18 years of experience across ERP consulting, implementation, solution architecture, transformation advisory, presales or practice leadership.
- Deep expertise in at least one major ERP platform such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise platforms, with broader understanding of the ERP landscape.
- Strong knowledge of business processes across areas such as finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, HR or related enterprise functions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client discovery, solution definition, proposal development and executive-level consulting conversations.
- Experience participating in or building ERP consulting/services revenue and translating solution discussions into commercial opportunities.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, including integrations, data, testing, migration, change and post-go-live support.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial orientation, with the confidence to build capability rather than simply operate within an established practice.
- Solid executive communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability.
