We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy ERP Assistant to provide functional and technical support to employees using the organization’s ERP system. The candidate will assist with ERP data management, user support, issue tracking, and coordination with the IT/ERP team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to employees for ERP-related issues and queries.
- Assist users in navigating and using different ERP modules.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the ERP system.
- Monitor and track ERP-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Assist in user account creation, access management, and basic system configuration.
- Verify ERP data and identify discrepancies or errors.
- Generate basic ERP reports and MIS reports as required.
- Support ERP implementation, testing, and system updates.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand ERP-related requirements.
- Maintain records of ERP issues, resolutions, and user requests.
- Assist in training employees on basic ERP functionalities.
- Follow data security and confidentiality requirements.
- Perform other ERP and IT support activities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new ERP applications and technologies.
Qualifications
- Must hold a degree in Computer Science
- Coimbatore location is preferred
