Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible ERP Junior Executive to support our day-to-day ERP operations at our manufacturing facility in Hosur. The candidate will be responsible for accurate ERP data entry, production and inventory transactions, report preparation, data verification, and coordination with various departments.

Candidates with basic knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, production, stores, or inventory processes are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily ERP transactions and data entry accurately and within the required timelines.
- Enter and monitor production orders, production output, and material consumption in the ERP system.
- Verify ERP entries with physical records, production documents, and supporting documents.
- Monitor production and inventory data and identify data discrepancies or errors.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Purchase and other departments for ERP-related activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly ERP reports as required by management.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to ERP transactions.
- Assist in month-end stock reconciliation and ERP closing activities.




- Ensure timely correction of ERP data after proper verification and approval.
- Support the ERP team in maintaining data accuracy and system discipline.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and computer operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of production, inventory and stores processes.
- Good data-entry and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
- Willingness to learn ERP processes and manufacturing operations.

Educational Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Candidates with knowledge or exposure to ERP systems will be preferred.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in ERP, Data Entry, Production, Stores or Inventory.
- Freshers with good computer and Excel knowledge can also apply.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be accurate, responsible, systematic and willing to learn. The role requires regular coordination with shop-floor and support departments, so positive communication and follow-up skills are important. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
