Job Summary

We are looking for an Equity Research Analyst to evaluate companies, industries and market trends. The candidate will conduct fundamental research, analyse financial statements, build valuation models and prepare clear investment reports to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct fundamental research on listed companies and relevant sectors.

- Analyse financial statements, annual reports, investor presentations and earnings calls.

- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and valuation models.

- Perform company valuation using DCF, comparable-company and other relevant methods.

- Track company announcements, quarterly results, industry developments and market trends.

- Prepare detailed equity research reports and investment notes.

- Develop investment recommendations supported by financial and qualitative analysis.

- Monitor existing coverage and revise estimates, valuations and recommendations.

- Interact with company management, industry experts and other relevant stakeholders.

- Present research findings clearly to senior management or clients.





- Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of all research data.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related field.

- CFA qualification or progress toward CFA certification will be preferred.

- Relevant experience in equity research, financial analysis, investment banking or capital markets.

- Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements and corporate finance.

- Practical knowledge of financial modelling and company valuation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with financial databases and research platforms is an advantage.
