The Entry-Level Instructional Designer supports the design, development, and maintenance of learning solutions that enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance. Working under the guidance of senior instructional design and learning professionals, this role assists with creating engaging training materials, organizing learning content, and supporting learning projects across multiple delivery formats. This position provides an prospect to build expertise in instructional design methodologies, learning technologies, and adult learning principles.

What You Will Do

- Assist in the design and development of instructor-led training, virtual learning, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to gather, organize, and validate training content.
- Support the creation of participant guides, facilitator materials, job aids, presentations, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Apply instructional design standards, templates, and branding guidelines to learning materials.
- Help develop clearly defined learning objectives and basic measurement strategies.
- Update and maintain existing training programs and learning assets based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
- Support quality assurance reviews to ensure training content is accurate, consistent, and learner-focused.
- Assist with learning management system (LMS) administration activities, including course uploads, testing, and reporting.




- Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Stay informed about instructional design best practices, learning technologies, and emerging industry trends.

What You Will Need Education & Experience 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, education, training, or a related field.
