nAbout the Role

n

nWe are looking for an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERPNext/Frappe implementations, requirement gathering, process mapping, user training, and post-implementation support. You will work closely with clients to streamline their manufacturing operations using ERPNext.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirements.

nConfigure and implement ERPNext modules with a focus on Manufacturing.

n Map business workflows to ERPNext best practices.

nConduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.

n Configure and test manufacturing features such as:

nBill of Materials (BOM)

n Work Orders

nProduction Planning

n Job Cards

nRoutings

n Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

nSubcontracting





n Quality Management

nCoordinate with the technical team for customizations and integrations.

n Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flow diagrams, and user manuals.

nPerform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful project delivery.

n Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

nTroubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.

nRequired Skills

n

n Minimum 2 years of experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant.

nStrong knowledge of ERPNext/Frappe Framework.

n Hands-on experience with ERPNext Manufacturing module.

nGood understanding of:

n Inventory & Warehouse Management

nProcurement

n Sales & Purchase

nProduction Planning

n Supply Chain Management

nQuality Control

n Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle.

nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.

n Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

nAbility to document business processes and functional specifications.

nPreferred Qualifications

n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

nERPNext implementation experience in manufacturing industries.

n Knowledge of additional ERPNext modules such as Accounts, CRM, HR, or Projects.

nFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologies.
