[Job Responsibilities]

> Field Technical Support: Provide on-site installation support, commissioning, and troubleshooting for power distribution equipment (reclosers, switchgear, protection systems)

> Customer Engagement: Manage customer relationships during project execution; respond to technical inquiries and coordinate with utilities and EPC partners

> Bid & Project Support: Assist in tender preparation, technical specification development, and project planning; support field trials and performance validation

> Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project records, test reports, and performance data; provide regular updates to India Operations team and Korea HQ

> Technical Learning: Build deep expertise in ENTEC product portfolio and industry standards (IEC, ANSI); share field insights to improve product performance

[Mandatory Qualification & Experience]





> Degree in Engineering and Architecture Electrical Engineering Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering

> Industry Background : 3-7 years in power distribution, electrical equipment, or utility infrastructure (field-based or technical support role)

> Technical foundation: Solid understanding of protection systems, switchgear, and power distribution concepts

> Field experience: Comfortable working in office with utilities, contractors, and EPC teams; ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure

> Communication: Fluent in Hindi/regional language and English; ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

> Problem-solving mindset: Detail-oriented; able to diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions

> Willingness to travel: Comfortable with site visits across India for project support and customer engagement
