Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based at Al Hira Academy in Sharif Colony, Patna.

The English

Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons for Grades 9 and 10 aligned with the CBSE curriculum, focusing on reading, writing, grammar, and literature.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and assessments, evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The teacher will support students’ language development, encourage critical thinking and effective communication, and manage classroom activities in a structured and inclusive environment.



Additional duties include participating in staff meetings, collaborating with colleagues, communicating with parents or guardians as needed, and contributing to co-curricular activities that enhance student learning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with experience instructing students in Grades 9 and 10 or similar levels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including the ability to design structured, curriculum-aligned lessons and assessments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively engage students, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education
- Experience with the CBSE curriculum and familiarity with age-appropriate pedagogical methods and classroom management practices.
- Ability to create an inclusive, respectful classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs and promotes student participation.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to continuous career development and ethical educational practices.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
