Role Description The English Language Teacher will deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons aligned with CBSE standards, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing lesson plans, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a supportive classroom environment. The teacher will design activities that build language proficiency, critical thinking, and creativity, while integrating 21st-century skills into classroom instruction.

Additional duties include participating in school events,



collaborating with colleagues, communicating with parents or guardians, and contributing to co-curricular and enrichment programs. This is a full-time, in office role based at Seth M. R.

School in Fatehpur.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching and general Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct learners across relevant grade levels.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation, including creation of engaging learning materials and assessments.
- Background in Education, such as a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification, preferably with specialization in English.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, families, and colleagues, both in the classroom and in school activities.
- Experience with CBSE or similar school curricula and familiarity with modern, learner-centered pedagogical approaches.
- Ability to use basic educational technology tools to support instruction and student engagement.
- Demonstrated commitment to holistic student development, classroom management, and inclusive teaching practices.
- Prior school teaching experience in English language or literature is highly beneficial.
