We are hiring Utility & Power Engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support an AI-focused project involving the development and evaluation of Question–Solution–Answer (QSA) datasets.

We are specifically looking for experts in:

- Utility Engineering
- Power Engineering
- Electrical Power Systems
- Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution

Key Responsibilities
- Create and review engineering questions based on technical drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, specifications, standards, and technical documentation.
- Interpret electrical diagrams, system configurations, equipment specifications, ratings, and technical information.
- Develop accurate, step-by-step technical solutions and calculations.
- Review AI-generated questions and answers for technical accuracy and engineering consistency.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, calculation issues, and ambiguities in AI-generated content.
- Evaluate solutions related to power systems, electrical utilities, generation, transmission, distribution, and related engineering concepts.




- Follow detailed project guidelines and maintain defined quality standards.

Requirements
- Strong expertise in Utility, Power, or Electrical Power Engineering.
- Master's, PhD, or equivalent professional engineering experience.
- Ability to interpret single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Knowledge of power generation, transmission, distribution, grid systems, protection, or utility infrastructure is preferred.
- Previous experience in technical review, engineering documentation, research, or AI/data projects is preferred.
