Name of Position : Engineer / Sr Engineer

1.Job Objective :-

To plan, organize and control the activities of the Quality Assurance function on shop floor to achieve zero defects and zero customer complaints.

2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-

1. Responsible for Setup, In process and PDI Inspection in all shifts. Daily review of set-up approval, in-process and PDI inspection.
2. Ensuring the products / processes are meeting the defined expectations to eliminate customer complaints.
3. Optimum utilization of resources to achieve the set goals
4. Reviewing / analyzing the defects, rejections, processes & Coordinating with the process owners for continual improvement
5. Generation of daily rejection report for WAR room meeting.
6. Conducting MSA, SPC study and driving action plan for SPC improvement
7. Monitoring hold tag closure status.
8. Imparting training to shop floor employees for quality related topics.




9. Taking action against shop floor discipline issues.
10. Able to handling day to day activities in shop,
11. Process control verification including Poka yokes.

3.Qualification & Experience Required :- Diploma / Engineer with 3 to 5 Years of Experience in QA function.

Preferably experience in Die Casting, Machining & Powder Coating Processes.

Knowledge of Drawing, GD&T;, Shift management, TPM, Quality Core Tools,

4.Personal Characteristic :-

Ready to work in all three shifts. Valuable communication skill. Result oriented. Hardworking and Quality mindset.
