Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer – MSP (Modern Work) to join our Managed Services team. The role involves supporting and maintaining Microsoft Modern Work environments, troubleshooting user and endpoint issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for global clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and end-user troubleshooting across the Modern Work ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for Microsoft Modern Work environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including:
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Support Microsoft Intune activities, including:
- Device enrollment
- Configuration policies
- Compliance policies
- Application deployment
- Endpoint troubleshooting
- Assist with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user, group, and device administration.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and endpoint-related issues.
- Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts within defined SLAs.
- Support device provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and access-related activities.
- Assist with endpoint security policies, Conditional Access, MFA, and basic Microsoft Defender administration.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, SOPs, and knowledge articles.




- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and Microsoft Support for complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and follow ITIL-based service management processes.
- Support global clients through rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Microsoft Modern Work / Microsoft 365 support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user administration, and access management.
- Good understanding of:
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Outlook
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
- Familiarity with incident management tools and ITIL processes.
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and escalate complex problems appropriately.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Good to Have
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- MS-900
- MD-102
- MS-102
- Exposure to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Experience working in an MSP or IT service desk environment.
- Understanding of:
- Conditional Access
- MFA
- Endpoint compliance
- Device lifecycle management
- Endpoint security policies

Education Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹327,298.05 - ₹1,424,342.13 per year
