GLOBAL RECLAIM RUBBER PRIVATE LIMITED is engaged in the manufacturing of rubber tyres and tubes for motor vehicles, motorcycles, scooters, three-wheelers, tractors and aircraft. We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing and plant operations team.

This opportunity is suitable for Mechanical Engineering freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building their careers in mechanical maintenance, production, manufacturing, plant engineering and industrial machinery operations.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior engineers and production teams to support the efficient operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of mechanical equipment and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machinery and production equipment.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for mechanical equipment.
- Monitor machinery performance and identify abnormal noise, vibration, temperature and other operating issues.
- Assist in installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Support maintenance of pumps, motors, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Assist senior engineers in diagnosing mechanical breakdowns and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct routine inspection of machines and maintain equipment maintenance records.
- Support preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and planned maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures, maintenance schedules and workplace safety requirements.
- Assist in maintaining spare-parts inventory and identifying required mechanical components.
- Support root-cause analysis of recurring equipment failures.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, TPM and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare basic maintenance reports, checklists and equipment records.




- Ensure machines and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
- Follow company safety, quality and environmental procedures.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles.
- Understanding of mechanical maintenance and industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of pumps, bearings, gearboxes, shafts, couplings and conveyors.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and mechanical components.
- Ability to identify mechanical faults and assist with troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office and maintenance documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Candidate Profile
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, production, manufacturing, plant operations, automobile, rubber, tyre or other industrial environments can apply.
- Candidates with internship, apprenticeship or industrial training experience will also be considered.
- Candidates should have a willingness to learn industrial machinery, maintenance practices and manufacturing processes.
- Strong interest in Mechanical Maintenance, Production Engineering and Plant Operations.
