Knowledge Required

Knowledge of PLC, RLC ,Pneumatic, Hydraulic,Distribution Panel,Control Panel,Operation Of Robotics,Pressfit Operation,Assembly line Equipment,Hands on experience in Mechanical Maintenance.

Role & responsibilities

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of Plant Equipments.

Prepare & Maintain Daily & PM check sheets of plant equipments.

Repairing of Old Spares like Pneumatic Cylinder & Maintain its record.

Prepare shiftwise report on daily basis. Spare Management of plant equipments.

Trouble shooting of plant equipments/machine and maintain its record.
