Microsoft Intune Administration
Trend Micro Antivirus Management
Active Directory (User Onboarding & Offboarding)
Microsoft Exchange (Basic Administration)
Citrix & Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Support
IT Hardware Asset Management
Daily Operational Reporting
Microsoft Azure (Basic Administration)
Windows Server (Basic Administration)
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support environments
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Active Directory
Knowledge of Trend Micro Endpoint Security
Experience supporting Citrix and/or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Understanding of Microsoft Azure and Windows Server basics
Strong troubleshooting, communication,
and documentation skills
What You'll Do
- Manage and secure endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Administer user lifecycle activities through Active Directory.
- Support virtual desktop environments (Citrix & AVD).
- Monitor endpoint security through Trend Micro.
- Manage IT assets and maintain inventory compliance.
- Prepare daily operational and service reports.
- Support Exchange Online and Azure administration activities.
