- Microsoft intune (endpoint management)
- Windows Autopilot (co-management)
- Tenant to Tenant devices migration experience
- SCCM/MECM
- Positive to have skills as secondary: M365, migration, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure/Entra

Good to have Skill :-
- Migration Architectural experience is

Required Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory:

- 8+ years Endpoint Management (Intune, SCCM/ConfigMgr, GPO, co-management)
- 2+ large-scale device migration projects (>2,000 users) or Intune at-scale rollouts
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android MDM capabilities and limitations
- Application packaging experience: MSI, SCCM app model, Intune Win32 apps
- PowerShell for device management automation (ConfigMgr PowerShell, Azure AD device cmdlets)
- Manufacturing environment experience: shift work, offline scenarios, network constraints

Desirable:

- Windows Autopilot design and deployment
- Co-management orchestration (SCCM ↔ Intune device handoff)




- Device compliance policy design and troubleshooting
- Conditional Access policy testing with device-based risk signals
- Windows 11 secure-by-default architecture

Technical Skills

- Intune admin: device compliance, security baselines, Wi-Fi/VPN profiles, app deployment, device troubleshooting
- SCCM/ConfigMgr: client deployment, collections, boundary groups, app model, client settings
- PowerShell: Intune/Azure AD device operations, SCCM queries, bulk device operations
- Windows ADK / imaging tools for custom image creation (if required)
- Mobile device management: Apple Business Manager (iOS), Google Workspace (Android)

Soft Skills

- Attention to detail on device security and compliance policies
- Stakeholder management: work with KC IT operations, manufacturing facility managers
- Problem-solving under time pressure (device remediation during active migration waves)
- Clear runbook documentation for field technicians and end-users
