Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Repair Engineer to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test electronic circuits, PCBs, and equipment. The candidate should have good knowledge of electronic components, circuit troubleshooting, soldering/rework, and the use of electronic testing instruments.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic circuits, PCBs, and equipment.
- Perform component-level repair and replacement of electronic components.
- Read and understand circuit diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts.
- Use testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, and LCR meters.
- Perform SMD and through-hole soldering, desoldering, and PCB rework.
- Identify the root cause of electronic failures and implement suitable repairs.
- Test repaired PCBs/equipment to ensure proper functionality and reliability.
- Maintain repair records, test reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams when required.
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures.




- Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of electronic components and basic circuit theory.
- Practical experience in PCB troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Good soldering and PCB rework skills.
- Ability to use electronic test and measurement instruments.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and datasheets.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with SMPS, power supplies, controllers, or industrial electronics.
- Experience with SMD components and rework stations.
- Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded electronics.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, servicing, or repair.
