The Role The Technician - Electrical position is crucial to maintaining and enhancing the electrical integrity and functionality of our delivered and operational boats. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The successful candidate will be well-versed in electrical systems, utilizing a strong background in electrical engineering to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

What we are looking for:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Electrical certification is mandatory
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair, preferably within the marine industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and components used in boats, including wiring, circuitry, and power distribution
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment used for troubleshooting electrical issues
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and heights
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary to support operational needs




- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations as required

Responsibilities:

- Carry out electrical maintenance activities on delivered and operational boats, adhering to scheduled maintenance plans
- Efficiently diagnose and repair damaged electrical components and systems of boats, ensuring minimal downtime
- Direct and supervise third-party repair works both in water and dry dock scenarios, ensuring all tasks meet the required standards
- Regularly inspect and check electrical equipment on boats to preempt failures and maintain optimal operation
- Respond to and troubleshoot electrical failures, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain operational continuity
- Assist the mechanical team with electrical expertise, contributing to a cooperative maintenance environment
