About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day electrical work at client sites in and around Bengaluru. This is a full-time, hybrid role that is mostly on-site, with some flexibility to work from office for reporting and planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities at site
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and civil teams to keep work on schedule
- Read and follow electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications
- Carry out quality checks and inspections, and maintain site documentation
- Ensure all work follows safety standards and electrical regulations




- Identify and resolve technical issues on site
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients

Qualifications

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication (E&C;)
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of site experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
- Good communication skills
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence
