Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Site Supervisor to supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing electricians and helpers, ensuring work is completed as per drawings and specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day electrical installation work at the project site.
- Manage and allocate work to electricians, technicians, and helpers.
- Ensure electrical work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Electrical Engineer, contractors, and other site teams.
- Monitor installation of electrical wiring, cables, DBs, panels, lighting, earthing, and other electrical systems.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Ensure proper use and availability of electrical tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain daily site reports, manpower reports, material records, and work progress reports.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical installations.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and ensure workers use required PPE.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and site safety rules.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate with civil, HVAC,



plumbing, fire-fighting, and other departments to avoid work conflicts.
- Ensure work is completed within the given timeline and project requirements.
- Report delays, defects, safety issues, and other site-related problems to the Project Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical site supervision.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance work.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of cables, conduits, DBs, panels, lighting, earthing, and electrical accessories.
- Good manpower handling and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical testing and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of site safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.

Preferred Experience

Experience in commercial buildings, residential projects, industrial projects, interior projects, or MEP works will be preferred.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Working Conditions The position is primarily site-based and may require extended working hours depending on project requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,915.51 per month
