Role Description The Electrical Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This position involves identifying and developing business opportunities for electrical control panels, cable trays, bus ducts, and turnkey electrification solutions, while maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product presentations and site visits, and coordinating with the engineering and projects teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely delivery.





The Electrical Sales

Engineer will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, address customer queries, and assist in troubleshooting basic application issues. The role also requires maintaining sales reports, monitoring market trends, and contributing to strategic sales planning to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to interpret technical specifications, propose suitable solutions, and assist customers with electrical applications.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, present complex information clearly, and build long-term professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to achieve assigned targets and expand the customer base.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of electrical systems, control panels, cable trays, bus ducts, and industrial/commercial electrification practices.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial or commercial electrical product sales or project-based selling will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct client visits, and collaborate with engineering and project execution teams.
- Proficiency in basic office and documentation tools, with solid organizational and reporting capabilities.
