Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and plant machinery in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial automation, PLC troubleshooting, and electrical maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and plant machinery.

- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.

- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC-based automation systems.

- Coordinate with automation teams and OEMs to resolve complex electrical and automation issues.

- Monitor machine performance and implement predictive maintenance practices.





- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of electrical systems as per industry standards.

- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5 - 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the automobile or manufacturing industry.

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, plant machinery, and automation.

- Hands-on experience in PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems.

- Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

- Ability to identify and resolve electrical breakdowns independently.

- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
