Brief :

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems in a chemical manufacturing plant.

- Hands-on experience in maintenance of Transformers, MCC, PCC, electrical panels, motors, VFDs, SCADA/PLC and control systems.

- Troubleshoot and maintain industrial instrumentation, including transmitters, sensors, control valves, switches and other process instruments.

- Carry out maintenance of plant utilities such as DG sets, UPS etc.

- Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring issues and ensure timely corrective actions to minimize plant downtime.

- Plan, coordinate and execute erection installation and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation and utility equipment.

- Provide support in mechanical maintenance of pumps, reactors, agitators, gearboxes, compressors and other plant equipment.

- Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, work permits and statutory requirements.
