Qualification & Experience

B.E. Electrical; Valid Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate / Electrical Supervisor Licence; 2–6 years' experience in industrial electrical maintenance

Key Skills

LT/HT electrical systems, panel & switchgear maintenance, motor and drive troubleshooting, preventive/breakdown maintenance, electrical safety compliance, PLC/instrumentation basics

Job Purpose

Ensure safe, reliable and effective operation of all plant electrical systems and equipment through planned preventive maintenance, prompt breakdown resolution, and strict compliance with statutory electrical safety requirements, working under the license holder's supervision as applicable.

Key Responsibilities ()

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical systems — panels, switchgear, transformers, motors, drives and lighting
- Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with the Indian Electricity Rules and holds valid supervisor license responsibilities




- Plan and execute maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate timely repairs with the maintenance team
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and statutory inspection/test certificates
- Coordinate with electricity board/statutory authorities for inspections, approvals and compliance filings
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend measures for energy efficiency
- Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate procurement with the stores/purchase team
- Enforce electrical safety protocols, permit-to-work systems, and PPE compliance on site
- Train and guide junior technicians/electricians on safe work practices and maintenance procedures
- Support new equipment installation, commissioning and electrical layout verification

Pay: ₹10,607.32 - ₹30,000.00 per month
