Role Description The Electrical Engineer role is a full time, on-site position located in Balod. The role involves designing, reviewing, and maintaining electrical systems and power distribution networks used in steel industry operations. Daily tasks include preparing electrical drawings and specifications, coordinating with mechanical and production teams, performing load calculations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The Electrical

Engineer will monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot electrical issues, and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.



The role also includes optimizing energy usage, supporting new installations or upgrades, and documenting technical reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and practical application of Electricity principles.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals and industrial electrical practices.
- Candidates should possess experience with Power Distribution systems, including panels, transformers, and protection devices.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Power Systems, including load flow, fault analysis, and system reliability.
- Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in steel or heavy industry.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Basic proficiency in electrical design software and standard office productivity tools.
