Job Title: System Engineer - Schematics & PLC programming

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Education: B.E. (Electrical & Electronics)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our electrical controls & panel design team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical schematic design, switchgear selection, PLC programming, SCADA screen development, and factory validation of control panels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare electrical schematics, GA, and IGA in ECAD tools.
- Select appropriate switchgear components and perform design calculations.
- Develop PLC programs using Ladder Logic for Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.
- Understand and implement communication protocols such as Modbus and Ethernet IP.




- Set drive parameters and establish communication with various PLCs.
- Validate and troubleshoot MCC and PLC-based control systems.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical architecture and control design.
- Control panel design and development
- Schematic and harness design experience
- PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
- Switchgear component selection
- AutoCAD/ECAD tools proficiency.

Soft Skills:

- Robust communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
