About the Role

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with strong technical drawing skills and a willingness to work across Electrical, Home Automation, Architectural Lighting, and Audio-Visual (AV) projects.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable understanding project requirements and converting them into accurate technical drawings and layouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and modify electrical design drawings, layouts, and schematics.
- Develop drawings for Home Automation, Lighting, and AV systems.
- Coordinate electrical requirements with automation, lighting, and AV design teams.
- Prepare single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, circuit layouts, and load schedules.
- Understand and incorporate lighting layouts, switching/control points, and electrical provisions.
- Prepare AV layouts, including speaker, display, projector, and related equipment locations.
- Review drawings for accuracy, technical feasibility, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and site teams.




- Make revisions based on site conditions and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material requirements, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits when required and coordinate with execution teams.

Required Skills
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in electrical drafting/design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other design software is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and architectural layouts.
- Basic understanding of home automation, lighting control systems, and AV systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and design systems.
