ROLE SUMMARY
- To work with Site/Factory EHS In-charge to implement safety initiatives.
- To conduct regular site inspection & monitoring of various site/factory activities
- To coordinate /conduct internal / external safety audits / inspections
- To coordinate with Site/Factory team and implement the EHS programs / initiatives.
- To coordinate with Contractors Safety Marshals to implement the safety programs at site.
- To assist on timely preparation and analysis of compilation of safety reports/statistics.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Provide support to Site/Factory management for implementation of Safety requirements and prioritize Safety initiatives for successful delivery.
- Conducting workplace inspections and safety audits
- Identify key safety risks in the operations, and carry out risk assessments for the activities at sites
- Identify and coordinate with different site/factory departments for safety related compliances
- Carry out safety training and induction for staff/contractors.
