Role Description The Educational Counselor will work full time on-site at the West Delhi office, providing individualized counseling to NEET UG and PG aspirants for MBBS, MD, and MS admissions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting students and families, understanding their academic profiles and goals, and recommending suitable colleges and programs in India and abroad.

The role involves explaining admission processes, entrance exam requirements, documentation, and timelines, as well as maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups. The counselor will conduct seminars or small group sessions when needed,



collaborate with the consulting team to stay updated on changing regulations and admission trends, and support students throughout the application and decision-making process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Education-related knowledge, particularly in medical admissions (NEET UG & PG, MBBS, MD, MS).
- Candidates should possess Student Counseling skills, with the ability to understand individual student needs and provide empathetic guidance.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to help students explore suitable medical career pathways in India and abroad.
- Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and institutional representatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; experience in educational or admission counseling is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in West Delhi, manage multiple cases, maintain accurate documentation, and use basic office and online tools.
- Knowledge of NEET UG/PG exam patterns, admission regulations, and medical college options is highly beneficial.
