- Strong counseling skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to provide unbiased, student-centric guidance.
- Engage with prospective students via calls and WhatsApp to understand their educational goals
- Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission
- Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation
- Build and maintain solid relationships with potential learners
- Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plans
- Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements
