We’re looking for someone who can understand the product.

Xsilience is reinventing Music Business education in India.

We work with people who want to turn their passion for music into a career.

That means our sales process isn’t about simply selling a course. It’s about understanding where someone is in their journey, what they want to build, and whether Xsilience can genuinely help them get there.

We’re looking for someone who can:

→ Speak confidently with artists, musicians, producers, students and parents

→ Understand a lead quickly and identify genuine intent

→ Conduct sales/counselling calls and move qualified prospects through the funnel

→ Follow up relentlessly without becoming robotic or pushy

→ Handle objections around price, career uncertainty, commitment and trust





→ Maintain a clean pipeline and take ownership of conversions

→ Think beyond “making calls” and actively improve the sales process

You might be a fit if:

You’ve worked in sales, counselling, admissions, business development.

You understand that good sales is not convincing everyone.

It is finding the right people, asking the right questions, and helping them make the right decision.

Experience in music, education, entertainment or creative industry is a plus—but not mandatory.

What matters more is your ability to listen, think, communicate and close.

This is not a role for someone looking to simply complete a call target every day.

You’ll be working directly with a growing company, a high-consideration product, and a very specific audience.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai.
