Role Description As an Educational Content Creator at PPStack, you will design and develop high-quality learning materials for online courses, bootcamps, corporate training, and career programs in domains such as AI, data science, cloud, and digital skills. You will translate complex technical and skilled concepts into clear, engaging modules, lessons, scripts, and assessments tailored to diverse learner profiles.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics, outlining curricula, writing and editing educational content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and aligning materials with instructional design best practices and PPStack’s brand voice. You will also optimize content for digital platforms,



support multimedia production (presentations, videos, interactive assets), and refine existing resources based on learner feedback and performance data. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication and effective collaboration in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in educational content writing and curriculum design, including experience creating course materials, lesson plans, and learning assessments.
- Ability to research complex topics (e.g., AI, GenAI, Python, data science, cloud, digital careers) and convert them into structured, learner-friendly content.
- Proficiency in editing, proofreading, and quality assurance to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all learning resources.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles, e-learning platforms, and digital learning tools used for online courses and training programs.
- Comfort working with multimedia formats (presentations, scripts for recorded sessions, interactive activities) and collaborating with designers or video producers.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects remotely.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in EdTech, education, L&D;, or corporate training; background in a technical or STEM field is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
