nBluePen AI is a screen-free AI learning system for school students.

nWe are building a sales team across Delhi NCR to take BluePen AI to teachers, parents and students.

nYour Two Responsibilities

n1. Teacher Partnerships

nYour job is to find tuition teachers and education centres and get them to host a BluePen AI workshop for around 30 students.

nYou will:

nFind and contact tuition teachers

nPitch the workshop

nGet teachers onboard

nCoordinate with our team for the workshop

nSupport teacher follow-up after the workshop

nHelp convert workshop interest into BluePen AI sales

nYou find the teacher. We conduct the workshop. You handle the follow-up.

n2. Parent Lead Conversion

nWe will run WhatsApp ads and generate parent leads.

nYou will:

nCall new leads

nUnderstand their needs

nExplain BluePen AI

nHandle objections

nFollow up on WhatsApp and phone

nConvert qualified leads into customers

nUpdate the CRM

nOur marketing team generates the leads. You convert them.

nWhat We Expect

n0–2 years of sales/business development experience





nStrong Hindi and English communication

nComfortable with cold calls and face-to-face sales

nOwn bike/scooter + valid driving licence

nComfortable travelling across Delhi NCR

nBasic knowledge of sales CRM

nFamiliarity with AI tools for lead research and sales

nGood follow-up discipline

nComfortable with sales targets and rejection

nFreshers with strong communication and sales ability can apply.

nSalary & Perks

nFixed salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000/month

nPerformance incentives: up to ₹15,000/month

n5-day work week

nAll compensation, working hours, leave, notice period and other employment terms will be stated in the appointment letter.

nTeacher workshops booked → Workshops conducted → Parent leads contacted → Sales converted
