Teacher

Partnerships /n Your job is to find tuition teachers and education centres and get them to host a BluePen AI workshop for around 30 students. /n You will: /n Find and contact tuition teachers /n Pitch the workshop /n Get teachers onboard /n Coordinate with our team for the workshop /n Support teacher follow-up after the workshop /n Help convert workshop interest into BluePen AI sales /n You find the teacher. We conduct the workshop. You handle the follow-up. /n 2.

Parent Lead

Conversion /n We will run WhatsApp ads and generate parent leads. /n You will: /n Call new leads /n Understand their needs /n Explain BluePen AI /n Handle objections /n Follow up on WhatsApp and phone /n Convert qualified leads into customers /n Update the CRM /n Our marketing team generates the leads. You convert them.



/n What We Expect /n 0–2 years of sales/business development experience /n Strong Hindi and English communication /n Comfortable with cold calls and face-to-face sales /n Own bike/scooter + valid driving licence /n Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR /n Basic knowledge of sales CRM /n Familiarity with AI tools for lead research and sales /n Good follow-up discipline /n Comfortable with sales targets and rejection /n Freshers with strong communication and sales ability can apply. /n Salary &
