Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students about online UG & PG programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for seamless enrollment.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Education Counseling, Inside Sales, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
