Counsellor(Fresher)

About the Role

As a Senior Counsellor, you’ll be responsible for owning the end-to-end admission funnel from nurturing leads to closing high-quality enrollments. You’ll play a key role in communicating the value of LIT’s innovative curriculum to prospective parents and students, while supporting the team in driving the performance.

Key Responsibilities -

Sales & Conversions

● Convert qualified leads into admissions through consultative conversations.

● Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.

● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly individual targets.

Parent/Student Relationship Building

● Build strong rapport with prospective parents and students.

● Address concerns, objections,



and comparisons with empathy and clarity.

● Deliver explicit, compelling narratives around LIT’s EPIC-based learning, and help families visualize their child’s journey.

Process Execution & Feedback

● Maintain accurate data on lead status, conversations, and outcomes in CRM.

● Share qualitative feedback with the Pod Head on lead quality and parent concerns.

Learning & Collaboration

● Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and debriefs.

● Collaborate with your Pod Head and peers to share best practices.

● Stay up to date with program offerings, EPIC themes, and admissions process updates
