Yangpoo is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Programme Advisor – Sales to join our team and help students and working professionals identify suitable education and career-development programmes.

? Location: Baner, Pune

? Work Mode: On-site

? Experience: 1–4 Years

? CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

? Industry: EdTech

? Employment Type: Full-time

? Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand their educational background, career goals and learning requirements.
- Counsel prospective learners and recommend relevant programmes.
- Explain programme structure, benefits, eligibility, admission process and other relevant details.
- Handle queries, concerns and objections professionally.
- Follow up with leads at different stages of the admission journey.
- Nurture leads and build solid relationships with prospective learners.
- Maintain accurate lead information and update activities in the CRM.
- Work towards individual and team sales/enrollment targets.
- Achieve conversion targets through effective counselling, follow-ups and relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrollment process.

? What We're Looking For





✔️ 1–4 years of experience in Education Sales, Inside Sales, Admissions, Education Counselling, Business Development or a similar customer-facing sales role.

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔️ Strong counselling, convincing and objection-handling abilities.

✔️ Target-oriented and results-driven approach.

✔️ Good listening and relationship-building skills.

✔️ Comfortable with calling, lead follow-ups and CRM management.

✔️ Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

✔️ Graduate in any discipline preferred.
