Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for managing and optimizing MDK ENTERPRISES’ online sales channels. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions across ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate content, images, and inventory data. The role involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing traffic and conversion metrics, and implementing strategies to improve visibility and revenue.

The Ecommerce

Specialist will coordinate with customer support, sales,



and operations teams to resolve order issues, improve customer experience, and support marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include staying current with ecommerce best practices, competitor activity, and platform policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online marketplaces, drive revenue, and support growth initiatives.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle queries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Experience with online marketplace tools, order management systems, and basic Excel or data analysis software is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in ecommerce or retail.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with digital marketing concepts are advantageous.
