We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our business across Amazon India and Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, sales growth, cataloguing, listing optimization, inventory planning, promotions, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon India and Quick Commerce accounts on a daily basis.
- Create, update, and optimize product catalogues and listings.
- Drive sales growth, revenue, and SKU-wise performance.
- Plan and execute offers, promotions, deals, and campaigns.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and stock-outs.
- Track competitor pricing, products, promotions, and market trends.
- Monitor account health, listing issues, ratings, reviews, and marketplace performance.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
- Identify growth opportunities and take corrective actions for underperforming SKUs.
- Handle marketplace issues and coordinate with Amazon/Q-commerce platform teams for resolution.
