Strategic Leadership

- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the e-commerce services department in alignment with company objectives.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the e-commerce landscape to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term goals and objectives for the department.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of e-commerce specialists, including project managers, analysts, and technical experts.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to support professional growth and development.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop deep understanding of client needs and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to add value through our services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized e-commerce solutions that meet client objectives.





Operational Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce services department, ensuring effective resource allocation and project execution.
- Manage the operations and ensure the operation is in accordance with established procedures and practices.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices in e-commerce operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Work Experience

- Overall Experience 12+ years; 5+ years as manager
- e-Retail experience 4+ years
- Must have managed 2-3 Asst Managers
- Should have worked in at least 2 or more e-retail functions during his/her tenure

- Project/Client Management experience
